for comments from Edward Chaplin, the PUS, and Baroness Symons'. He
agrees with your recommendation that a British Office should be established in
Basrah in December 2003 (providing HMT agree our funding bid). On Mosub
he would like you to resubmit, taking into account the PUS' comments.
