1. Deliver to Baghdad, Iraq.

2. Desired Delivery Date: 15 December 2003

3. Delivery Method: Air Freight.

4. Marking: All shipments shall be marked "Iraq Reconstruction Program - Shipment in Transit for Humanitarian Purposes". The contract number shall be clearly and visibly printed on each package.

5. A contract resulting from this RFQ will be entered into under the authority of the Administrator as head of the Coalition Provisional Authority (CPA), which is temporarily exercising governmental authority in Iraq pursuant to the law and usages of war and relevant United Nations Security Council Resolutions, including Resolution 1483 (2003) ("Coalition") and by the awardee.

6. Payment will be made by Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) after inspection and acceptance at destination. Contractor shall include all corresponding US bank information, including SWIFT code, on final invoice for payment.

8. NOTE CONCERNING “GENUINE REPLACEMENT PARTS”:

A QUOTATION SUBMITTED IN RESPONSE TO A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION (RFQ) THAT REQUIRES “GENUINE REPLACEMENT PARTS” MUST INCLUDE AN AFFIRMATION THAT THE ITEMS QUOTED ARE GENUINE REPLACEMENT PARTS IN ORDER FOR THE QUOTATION TO BE CONSIDERED RESPONSIVE TO THE RFQ.

IN SUCH CASE, A QUOTATION THAT DOES NOT INCLUDE AN AFFIRMATION THAT THE ITEMS QUOTED ARE GENUINE REPLACEMENT PARTS WILL BE CONSIDERED NON RESPONSIVE.
