0001 Seller shall have the option to supply the switchgear
and MCC line ups in accordance with IEC or ANSI
standards, depending on their capabilities. A
combination of both standards is not acceptable. 
All switchgear shall be manufactured in accordance
with project standard 3GS-ES-902 and all applicable
IEC or ANSI standards. All motor control centres shall
be manufactured in accordance with project standards
3SS-EMC1-902 and all applicable IEC standards or
3SS-ECM1-00001 and all applicable ANSI standards. 
Design ambient temperature shall be 55 degrees C for
outdoor units and 40 degrees C for indoor units.

0001A Main Substation 380V Switchboard, 3 phase, 4 wire, 1 EA
2500A, 50kA, 50Hz, IP42 (or equivalent). Incoming,
bus tie and feeder circuit breakers and instrumentation
shall be as detailed on sheet 1 of the Kirkh Load
Schedule. Solid state protection with 50, 51 & 51G
functions shall be provided as part of the breaker.
110 VDC batteries and charger shall be included.
Batteries to be sized in accordance with the complete
switchboard load for a 2 hour duration. 


0001B Stream Substation 380V Switchboard, 3 phase, 4 wire, 3 EA
2000A, 50kA, 50Hz, IP42 (or equivalent). Incoming, bus
tie and feeder circuit breakers and instrumentation shall
be as detailed on sheet 2 of the Kirkh Load Schedule.
Solid state protection with 50, 51 & 51G functions shall
be provided as part of the breaker. 110 VDC batteries
and charger shall be included. Batteries to be sized in
accordance with the complete switchboard load for a 2
hour duration. 


0001C Main Lift Station Motor Control Centre. 380V, 3 phase, 1 EA
4 wire, 1250A, 50kA, 50Hz, IP42 (or equivalent). Motor
starters, feeders and instrumentation shall be as detailed
on sheet 3 of the Kirkh Load Schedule. 


0001D Sand Removal Motor Control Centre. 380V, 3 phase, 1 EA
4 wire, 630A, 50kA, 50Hz, IP42 (or equivalent). Motor
starters, feeders and instrumentation shall be as detailed
on sheet 4 of the Kirkh Load Schedule. 


0001E Detritor MCCs Stream 1 & 2. 380V, 3 phase, 4 wire, 2 EA
400A, 50kA, 50Hz, IP42 (or equivalent). As the MCC
is to be located in an outdoor enviroment, an IP55 or
NEMA 4 enclosure shall be provided in accordance
with appendix B of 3SS-ECM1-902. Motor starters,
feeders and instrumentation shall be as detailed on
sheet 5 of the Kirkh Load Schedule.

in an outdoor enviroment, an IP55 or NEMA 4
enclosure shall be provided in accordance with
appendix B of 3SS-ECM1-902. Motor starters,
feeders and instrumentation shall be as detailed
on sheet 5 of the Kirkh Load Schedule. 


0001G Primary Tank MCCs (Streams 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6). 6 EA
380V, 3 phase, 4 wire, 400A, 50kA, 50Hz, IP42
(or equivalent). As the MCC is to be located in an
outdoor enviroment, an IP55 or NEMA 4 enclosure
shall be provided in accordance with appendix B of
3SS-ECM1-902. Motor starters, feeders and
instrumentation shall be as detailed on sheet 6 of
the Kirkh Load Schedule. 


0001H Aeration stream MCCs (Streams 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 & 6). 380V, 6 EA
3 phase, 4 wire, 630A, 50kA, 50Hz, IP42 (or equivalent).
Motor starters, feeders and instrumentation shall be as
detailed on sheet 7 of the Kirkh Load Schedule. 


0001J Return Active Sludge Pump Station MCCs 3 EA
(1&2, 3&4, 5&6). 380V, 3 phase, 4 wire, 400A, 50kA, 50Hz,
IP42 (or equivalent). Motor starters, feeders and
instrumentation shall be as detailed on sheet 8 of the
Kirkh Load Schedule. 


0001K Final Tank MCCs (Streams 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6). 380V, 6 EA
3 phase, 4 wire, 400A, 50kA, 50Hz, IP42 (or equivalent).
As the MCC is to be located in an outdoor enviroment,
an IP55 or NEMA 4 enclosure shall be provided in
accordance with appendix B of 3SS-ECM1-902. Motor
starters, feeders and instrumentation shall be as detailed
on sheet 9 of the Kirkh Load Schedule.
