This is a rolling request for quotation. The Government intends to award as soon as adequate price competition is obtained, but no earlier than 5 days after the RFP is posted. This request for quote will close on Sunday, 29 February 2004. After review of the quotations received, an order will be placed with the offeror selected for award.
