Night Vision Devices

The contractor/vendor shall prepare and submit a proposal in accordance with the following specifications.

Individual Night Vision Device: This individual system will allow squad leaders, patrol leaders, and above to have night vision capability. Salient features are:
Allow users to engage targets in low light levels with AK-47 and RPK light machine gun.
Can be mounted to an individuals head with adjustable straps.
Must have Helmet Mounting Kit
Allow individuals to drive vehicles and conduct low light level operations with all items and equipment identified in this statement of work.
Allow operations in low light level conditions. Low light level is considered to evening (Sunset to Sunrise) hours with 10% or greater moonlight illumination.
Be battery operated with an individual battery life of eight hours of continuous operations without degradation.
Delivered with either 25 batteries per the quantity identified in schedule B or 6 sets of rechargeable batteries and 1 recharger per the quantity identified in schedule B.
