Welcome to the Basrah Governorate TeamHenry Hogger, Governorate Coordinator of Basrah, delivers fire command vehicles. Basrah Governorate Team Mission Statement The aim of the Basrah Governorate Team is to support the work of the Interim Council in all aspects of the reconstruction and development process. The means we will use to achieve this aim will be close consultation with the Council, Ministry Directorates and other authorities and parties within the Governorate, with a view to establishing a clear set of agreed priorities for inputs of advice, expertise and material assistance from or through the CPA, and subsequently putting those inputs in place. The measures of success for the Team’s performance will be visible evidence that our work has significantly enhanced the development of Basrah Governorate; and the positive reaction of the Governorate’s citizens to the contribution being made by the CPA to that development.
