The Fiber Optic Loop will be installed entirely in the Green Zone/International Zone (IZ) per the attached Statement of Work (see attached file). Prospective contractors are cautioned that employee ID badges and security background checks will be required of the successful contractor. Pleas note the closing date of 23 June, 2004.
