Solicitation # W914NS-04-R-0128 is hereby postponed. The purpose of the postponement is to address various questions submitted by interested parties. The Government intends to re-solicit the four line items under this solicitation in three or more separate solicitations using various methods under FAR parts 12, & 15 as applicable. Re-solicitations either pre-solicitation notices or combined synopsis solicitations will be posted on this web site no later than 10 April 2004, possibly earlier. Potential offerors are encouraged to monitor this website regularly. Please do not call the point of contact for status as to exact date of the new releases. All information will be made available to all parties at the same time via this website. Any technical questions remaining should be provided in writing via e-mail so that they may be forwarded to the appropriate technical representative.
