1.     Please reply to this RFQ with your proposal for the items described in the attached schedule.  Quote all prices in U.S. dollars, please.   

 

2.     This is a Request for Quote only.  It is not a binding contract.  Please do not deliver any items or services now.  After we receive your proposal, we may or may not contact you to negotiate a contract. 

 

3.     There are no guarantees or promises that you will receive a contract as a result of this RFQ. 

 

4.     Your proposal should include the following:

 

--Completed RFQ with pricing schedule filled in

--Supporting Material or Product Literature for proposed items including complete description of all salient features.

--Proposed shipping schedule and method.
