Dr. Haydar al-Abadi, the Iraqi Minister of Communication, and Mr. Ibraheem Khudair, the Iraqi Post Master General will unveil the new Iraqi postage stamps on Saturday, January 10. The Coalition Provisional Authority recognizes that a secure and independent Iraqi postal system is a priority, and has worked closely with the Ministry of Communications to rebuild it.
