On Saturday, December 27, 2003, the Coalition Provisional Authority (CPA) will host the grand opening of new dormitories on the Al Bakr campus of the University of Al Mustansariya. These buildings were formerly part of Al Rasheed University and have been completely refurbished by the United States Army. This is yet another example of the CPA’s commitment to helping the Iraqi people rebuild and move forward.
